We assist with recruitment activities and related HR support (e.g., matching, communications facilitation, coordination). We do not guarantee hiring, outcomes, offers, compensation, or any specific result. Any final employment decision is made solely by the relevant employer.

4. Data processing and transparency

5. Recruitment vacancy content and non-discrimination

6. Distance contracting information (if applicable)

If recruiting/HR support is provided via distance contracting and we act as a seller/service provider in e-commerce relations, mandatory provider/seller information will be presented on the landing page to enable contracting and claims handling. Applicable legal basis/citation: Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" № 675-VIII.

For distance contracts with individuals, we will provide pre-contract information before you are bound, and changes will not be unilateral after you confirm. Applicable legal basis/citation: Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" № 1023-XII.

You agree not to disclose confidential information received through the services, except as required by law or authorized in writing by the relevant party.
